He knows when I am sleeping
And he knows when I'm awake.
He hears the floors a creacking
He knows it's no mistake.
He lays there in hiding, not a word said.
For he is the monster under my bed!!

He gives me a terrible fright
I never dare to open the door -
instead I jump to avoid the floor
Leaping from the doorway .. cos there's one under my bed as well!
Talk about a living hell....
For me to get into bed at night ...
